MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. - The Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragons wrestling team competed on the road against Augsburg on Tuesday night. The Dragons suffered their first loss in duals this season, 34-13.

Three Dragons took their matches. At 125 pounds, Corey Ulmer tallied win number 13 to his record of 13-4 as he won a 12-4 decision over Freddie Vigil. He started with a quick take down in the first period to go up 2-0 and he followed with a reversal and a near fall in the second to earn enough points to take the match.

Evan Forde, wrestling at 133 pounds, earned a pin at 1:11 in the third period after rallying from an 11-5 deficit. Forde's season record now sits at 12-4.

Despite taking an early 10-0 lead in the first two matches, the Dragons did not take another bout until the heavyweight match.

Tim Johnson increased his overall record to 12-3 as he defeated Nick Cremier 4-1. He earned one extra point for having 3:04 of riding time.

MSUM, now 2-1 in duals, will compete against North Dakota State and Oregon State on Sunday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
