Minnesota State Moorhead climbed a notch to an eighth place finish on the final day of the 2008-09 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Women's Golf Championships on Sunday at Brookings Country Club in Brookings, SD. Concordia University shaded University of Upper Iowa by a stroke---1,277-1,278---for the team title while MSUM shot a composite 1,419. Senior Chelsey Ouren topped the Dragon leaderboard in 22nd place with a 82-84-89-85--340 while Kasey Maier tied for 24th at 92-85-80-86--343, and Erik Hochgraber was 34th with a 90-88-91-89--358.
