DRAGONS FALL TWICE TO VIKINGS, 3-2, 8-6, IN NSIC SOFTBALL TUESDAY

A four-game season-ending Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference roadtrip began on a sour note when Augustana College turned aside the Dragons, 3-2, 8-6 at Sioux Falls, SD on Tuesday. Amanda Hoefer had a pair of hits in the opener for the Dragons while Casey Lindseth had three base hits in game two. MSUM, 9-26 overall and 5-16 in the NSIC, finishes at Wayne State on Wednesday.
