Concordia University shaded University of Upper Iowa by a stroke---1,277-1,278---for the team title while MSUM shot a composite 1,419. Senior Chelsey Ouren topped the Dragon leaderboard in 22nd place with an 82-84-89-85—340. Kasey Maier tied for 24th at 92-85-80-86--343 and Erik Hochgraber was 34th with a 90-88-91-89--358.
MAVERICK INVITE- - - MSU Moorhead finished fifth at the Maverick Invitational at Lake City April 18-19 with a score of 736. Concordia University captured the team title at 620. Chelsey Ouren topped the Dragon leaderboard and finished 17th with an 81-89--170.
UPPER IOWA CLASSIC- - - MSUM placed seventh at the nine-team Upper Iowa Classic April 5-6 at Iowa City, IA with 753 composite strokes. Upper Iowa captured the team title at 646. Chelsey Ouren shot an 85-88---173 to tie for 13th on the individual leaderboard, followed by
Erika Hochgraber, 90-99---189, and Kasey Maier, 93-96---189.
SCRUBBED- - - Because of floodfighting in the Red River Valley, MSU Moorhead did not compete at the Missouri Western Invitational March 29-30 at St. Joseph, MO.
NSIC FALL TOURNEY- - - MSU Moorhead completed the fall portion of the 2008-09 women's golf campaign with a composite score of 716 and a seventh place finish at the 2008 NSIC Championships at Hillcrest golf course in St. Paul. Concordia University is in first place with a score of 651 while Winona state University is second at 658. Chelsey Ouren shot an 82-84---166 to tie for 11th on the individual leaderboard. Kasey Maier was next for the Dragons with a 92-85—177, followed by
Erika Hochgraber, 90-88—178, Amanda Younggren, 96-104—200 and Christine Bendel, 106-99—205. The 2008-09 NSIC Championships will be completed April 25-26 at the Brookings Country Club in Brookings, SD.
RED RIVER - - - MSU Moorhead finished fifth with a score of 701 at the seven-team Red River Invitational at the Meadows golf course in Moorhead September 27-28. CSP INVITE- - - MSU Moorhead finished ninth in an 11-team field at the Concordia Invitational on September 21-22 at Lake Elmo. Host Concordia shaded University of North Dakota 651-652 to capture the team title while the Dragons shot a composite 723. Chelsey Ouren finished 15th on the individual leaderboard with an 82-85—167 while
Erika Hochgraber and Kasey Maier produced matching 185s.
AUGGIE INVITE- - - MSUM placed seventh at the 10-team Augustana Invitational at Bakker Crossing in Sioux Falls, SD September 7-8. Chelsey Ouren fired a 83-76—159 to finish 10th on the tournament leaderboard.
Erika Hochgraber was second on the MSUM chart with an 89-81—170, followed by Amanda Younggren, 96-88—184 and Kasey Maier, 88-97—185.

2007-08 NSIC CHAMPIONSHIPS- - - MSUM placed fifth with a composite score of 1457 at the spring portion of the 2007-08 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Women's Golf Championships April 17-18 at Fox Run golf course in Yankton, SD. University of Upper Iowa captured the team title with 1251 strokes. Chelsey Ouren earned second team All-NSIC and placed eighth with a 80-86-84-83—333 to top the Dragon leaderboard while Kasey Maier tied for 24th at 90-97-91-86--364 and
