VanWechel Named All-American in One-Mile

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Junior Anna VanWechel of Minnesota State University Moorhead earned All-American status in the one-mile run on Saturday at the NCAA DII Indoor Track & Field Championships.
She began the race after placing fifth overall in the preliminaries on Friday. VanWechel raced to a 4:58.69 time in the event to earn the honor.
