NEW ORLEANS - The United State Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced today the lists of the 2009 All-Academic Scholar Teams. Adams State College was named both the women's and men's Scholar Teams of the Year while the Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragons teams were also on the lists for their academic accomplishments.
The Dragons men's teams had a cumulative 3.13 GPA in the fall of 2009 to qualify for the award.The women's team had a 3.49 GPA, the third highest among the six NSIC teams that made the list.
