was seventh at 4:52.12, which is sixth-fastest in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference this season.

MaKenzie Smith was second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at 11:10.66, which was an NCAA provisional qualifying time and second-fastest in the NSIC this season.

Kara Nygaard recorded a provisional qualifying mark in the javelin with a toss of 139-06, which placed third. That is the second-best throw in the NSIC this season.

Savannah Link was second in the 3,000-meter run at 10:39.38, with senior
Kelly Brammer was sixth at 11:00.36. Junior
Chelsea Klemetson was second in the high jump at 5-5.

Tia Knight was third in the 100-meter hurdles at 14.46.
On the men's side, MSUM went 1-2-3 in the 400-meter dash as Loehr won the race with a time of 49.13, which is tied for second-best in the NSIC this season. Junior
Ryan Olson was second at 49.20 with junior
Kenny Andri third at 49.22.

Jason Dowell won the 3,000-meter run with a time of 8:44.18, capturing the win by more than 13 seconds.

Jonathan Demus was second in the 100-meter dash at 10.86 and added a runner-up finish in the 200-meter dash at 22.23. Loehr was fourth in the 200-meter dash at 22.40.
MSUM's 4x400 relay was second at 3:21.68. That consisted of junior
Keith Turner, Andri, Loehr and junior
Kyle Kastello.
Jamison Gehrig was fourth in the 1,500-meter run at 4:09.34. Sophomore
Andrew Werk was fourth in the shot put at 49-5 3/4.
Nate Cole was fourth in the triple jump at 41-8 3/4; freshman
Mitchell Ruebke was fourth in the men's decathlon with 4,823 points.
Freshman
Adam Hanson was fifth in the 110-meter hurdles at 15.74, while junior
Marshal Pederson tied for fifth in the high jump at 6-2 3/4.
MSUM is scheduled to have athletes compete at several events this week. MSUM will have athletes competing at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif., the Beach Invitational in Long Beach, Calif., the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calif., and at the Northern State Invitational in Aberdeen, S.D.
