ABERDEEN, S.D. – Minnesota State University Moorhead freshman
Caroline Jansen is in eighth place in the women's heptathlon after the opening day of competition at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Outdoor Multi-Events, which is being held in Aberdeen, S.D.
Jansen has 2,606 points after four events, which has tied her for eighth with Concordia-St. Paul's Kalle Burney. The long jump, javelin throw and 800-meter run will be held on Monday.
In the men's heptathlon, senior
Jaden Radcliffe is 10th with 2,865 points. Sophomore
Mitchell Ruebke is 12th at 2,600 points while freshman Dan Mushel has 1,927 points. The discus throw, pole vault, javelin throw and 1,500-meter run will be held on Monday.
