2013: Appeared in 26 matches, starting nine, despite battling an injury for much of the year...finished with 202 kills, fourth-best on the team...also had 69 digs and 44 blocks...had season-high 21 ills in five-set loss to Augustana (10/5/13), which was just one kill away from a career-high...had six matches with double-digit kills...had season-high five block assists in win at Sioux Falls (9/27/13)...named NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2012: Had an outstanding sophomore campaign and emerged as one of the team's go-to hitters...totaled a team-high 314 kills and hit a solid .214 for the year…had a career-high 22 kills against Northern State (10/16/12)...had 16 matches of double-digit kills, including two with 20 or more.recorded 69 digs and 32 total blocks, three solo...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.

2011: Enjoiyed a solid freshman campaign...earned 239 kills, finishing second on the team with that total…tallied 25 blocks during the season...had a career-high 17 kills at Augustana (10/14/11).

Prep: Enlisted with MSUM as an outside/right side power…participated in Wisconsin State Tournament two times…member of State Runner Up Team in 2008 and State Champions in 2009…named to All-Conference team twice, All-State Tournament Team 2009 and third team All-State 2009.

Personal: Daughter of Greg and Kathy Palmquist…student council president…National Honor Society president…four time academic letter winner.
