2012-13: Competing in open events, finished with a 17-13 record.

2010-12 (Itasca Community College): 2011 Minnesota College Athletic Conference Champion  at 157 pounds...earned Most Falls Award in 2011 and 2012...named MCAC Outstanding Wrestler of the Year in 2012.

Prep: Finished with 157-20 record, including 65 pins....finished third in the state at WIAA Individual State Championships...named Most Valuable Wrestler in 2010...holds school record for pins in a season (35).

Personal: Son of David and Tammy Monk...criminal justice major...born April 23, 1992.
