2011-12: Cross Country: Finished 15th at the Roe Granger Invite with a time of 21:27 in the 5k...finished 50th at the NSIC Championships in the 6k with a time of 24:12.5...finished 29th in the 3-mile at the Augustana Twilight with a time of 18:36.46.
2010-11: Ran the 3000m at the NSIC Indoor Championships...competed at the NSIC cross country Championships.
Prep: Graduated from Moorhead High School...four-year Minnesota State Cross Country meet participant...named captain of the cross country team for the Spuds.
