2013: Enjoyed solid year and was consistently one of team's top three runners...finished season-best fifth at Jimmie Invitational (10/11/13)...placed 26th at NSIC Cross Country Championships (10/26/13)...also finished 12th at MSUM's Randy Smith Invitational (9/13/13)...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for fall season.
2012-13: Cross Country: Finished 46th at the SDSU Classic with a time of 20:06.79 in the 5k...finished 134th at the Roy Griak with a time of 25:00.8 in the 6k...named to NSIC Fall All-Academic Team.
2011-12: Cross Country: Ran a personal best in the 6k at the NSIC Championship while finishing 51st...finished 30th in the 6k at the Randy Smith Invitational with a time of 24.21.94...finished 34th in the 3-mile at the Augustana Twilight with a time of 18:50.30...finished 12th in the 5k at the Roe Granger Invite with a time of 21:10.0.
Prep: Lettered in cross country, track and basketball...part of track team that won state title...team captain.
