Volleyball
The most popular intramural sport. Played in fall and spring semesters and available in 2, 4, and 6-person leagues.
Basketball
We offer a wide variety of leagues to cater to everyone’s abilities and interests. Leagues are offered throughout the school year for 3 and 5-person teams.
Flag Football
Offering 7-on-7 leagues in men’s and co-ed divisions.
Soccer
5-on-5 outdoor soccer, which is played on a smaller field, is offered in the fall. The indoor soccer is in the spring.
Tennis
Back on the intramural calender this year. Outdoor tennis will be played during the Fall at the courts just south of Nemzek Hall.
Kickball
Offered in the fall. Everybody loved playing kickball in gym class; now we’re bringing it to intramurals.
Dodgeball
The elementary school favorite sweeping the nation has arrived at MSUM and it’s even more fun than you remember.
Hockey
Added just a couple years ago with huge success. All games played in a rink close to campus. (Small Fee)
Racquetball
Singles and doubles recquetball is offered during the winter months. Racquetball courts are located in the southeast corner of Nemzek.
Bean Bag Toss
This summer time favorite has been added to the Intramural schedule. Singles and doubles bean bag toss is offered throughout the year.
Ultimate Frisbee
This activity has recently found popularity in the F-M area and now we are bringing it to Dragon Intramurals.
Badminton
Singles and doubles badminton are offered and played in Gym 113.
Wiffleball
Played by baseball rules except no stealing bases in Gym 113

Tournament Thursday
Tournament thursday is a once a month tournament night where we offer some of the more non-traditional sports such as pool activities, snow football, sand-volleyball and frisbee golf.
