Won 4 letters in wrestling. NIC champion in 1963 and 1967 at 167 pounds. NAIA National champion in 1964 and 1967. Helped MSU claim NAIA National Championship in 1964. Dragons only National Crown. Placed fourth in the nation in 1966. Voted into NAIA Wrestling Hall of Fame in 1984. Master’s degree from University of West Virginia. Currently a major insurance executive.
