Served MSU Moorhead with distinction as head wrestling coach and assistant football coach…coached Dragon wrestling from 1988 until 2003, charted 137-92-1 overall record and guided Dragons to six NSIC team titles…produced eight national placewinners and 25 All-Americans during his stay at MSUM, including Nate Hendrickson, a national champion and NCAA Division II "Wrestler of the Year"…inducted into the Minnesota Chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame in 2010…doubled as defensive line coach, helped Dragons win league football titles in 1988, 1989 and 1991…graduate of Boy's Town High School in Nebraska and South Dakota State.
