Won 4 letters in basketball and track. Basketball captain senior year. Track captain junior and senior year. Three-time conference discus champ and four-time state winner. AIAW Regional discus champ in 1978. Qualified for four AIAW National meets. Co-recipient of outstanding senior athlete award in 1978-79. Assistant women’s track coach at MSU in 1980, 1987-88.
