Minnesota State Moorhead patiently built a eight-point halftime lead and cruised to a 77-57 victory over Bemidji State on Friday night on Opening Day in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. Three Dragons reached double figures, incuding Meghan Rettke (21), Katie Walden (17) and Alison Nash-Gerlach (14). The victory stretched the Dragons' win streak to seven straight and protected their unbeaten national ranking. MSUM, 7-0, hosts Minnesota Duluth at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
