Dragons Drop Match to No. 3 Mustangs

MARSHALL, Minn. - The MInnesota State University Moorhead Dragons volleyball team dropped a three-set match to the No. 3 ranked Southwest Minnesota State University Mustangs, 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-17).

The Mustangs had three players in double-digits in kills, as the team hit .420 in the match. The Dragons hit a mere .149 against the top ranked team. The Dragon's attack was blocked 12 times by the Mustangs, as the visitors had four block assists.

The Dragons will head to Mankato, Minn., to face the Mavericks of Minnesota State Mankato at 4 p.m. on Saturday.
