SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Minnesota State University Moorhead Dragon volleyball team extended their win streak to four tonight as they defeated Augustana College (S.D.) 3-1 (25-18, 24-26, 26-24, 25-18).
Freshman outside hitter
Morgan Gradishar lead the way for the Dragons. In 39 attempts she put down 17 kills with no errors making her hitting percentage .436 on the night. She also chipped in four digs, one solo block and three block assists.
Other contributors were junior middle blocker
Meredith Egeland with eight kills, three block assists and two solo blocks, and junior setter
Anna Olson with 46 assists and seven digs. Junior outside hitter
Heidi Lensing also added eight kills and 15 digs.
Tonight's victory moves the Dragons to 7-4 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and 9-9 overall.
Tomorrow the Dragons travel to Wayne State College (Neb.) to take on the nationally ranked No. 10 Wildcats at 3 p.m.
