MOORHEAD, Minn. - The MInnesota State University Moorhead Dragon basketball team's, Dragon Athletics Department and MSUM will host the fourth annual Go Pink with the Dragons on Friday evening as the team's host Minnesota Duluth in NSIC action. The team's will continue action on Saturday against Bemidji State.
Both days, the games are set to tip-off at 6 p.m. with the men's game's scheduled to follow the women's at 8 p.m.

The Dragon basketball team's will be dedicating the fourth annual Go Pink with the Dragons to junior Jake Driscoll's mother, Tari. DRAGON WOMEN
The Dragons suffered back-to-back losses last weekend, which evened out their overall and conference records to 10-10 and 8-8, respectively.
MSUM swept BSU and UMD in the first weekend of conference action this season. The Dragons have a three-game winning streak against the Beavers and will look to sweep the Bulldogs for the first time since UMD rejoined the NSIC.
Angie Jetvig continues to lead the team and league in scoring as she upped her average last weekend after scoring a career-high, 28 points against U-Mary on Saturday. Her average of 18.9 points per game ranks her 15th in the nation in scoring. She also ranks eighth in the nation in free-throw percentage, with an .886 average.
DRAGON MEN
The Dragons are sitting seventh in the league with an 8-8 conference record after they suffered two losses this past weekend. The team will try to add two wins to their record as they will host Bemidji State on Friday and will seek revenge on Minnesota Duluth on Saturday.
MSUM topped BSU in the first meeting this season but took a one-point loss to UMD in December.
Sophomore Alex Novak is approaching a milestone for the Dragon basektball program; in his second season he is five blocks short of tying the all-time career blocks record at MSUM. The current record is 112, held by Mike Bednarek. He played 73 games from 1981-86. Novak has played in 47 games and has 107 blocks in his career.
MINNESOTA DULUTH BULLDOGS
The lady Bulldogs have went .500 since 2011 began after going 4-2 in league play in the 2010 portion of the season. The team sits sixth in the league with a 9-7 NSIC record and a 11-9 overall record.
Lindsey Miller leads the team with 14.4 points per game. Kelsey Hewitt pulls down an average of 7.3 rebounds per game to lead the team.
After starting the year 5-0 in the league, the Bulldog men have gone 1-10 in the NSIC. They sit in 10th place with a 6-10 league tally and an 8-12 overall mark.
Ryan Rasmussen leads the Bulldogs with 17.4 points per game. Phil Homere averages 3.45 assists per game.
BEMIDJI STATE BEAVERS
The Beaver women are currently on an eight game losing streak, sitting at No. 13 in the league, they have a 5-15 overall record and a 2-14 league tally.
Colleen McCay who averages 9.2 points per game leads the team. Anna Hebrink dishes out 2.35 assists per game.
The Beaver men are suffering the same fate as the women's team, as they have lost seven straight. BSU is 7-13 overall and 4-12 in the NSIC.
BSU is No. 2 nationally in free-throw percentage hitting 79.7 percent of their attempts from the line. James Ellisor leads the Beavers in points per game (16.7) and rebounds per game (6.7).
THE SERIES
The Dragon women are currently on a five game winnign streak against the Beavers with a 50-37 lead in the all-time series. The Bulldogs lead hte Dragons 47-23 in the all-time series.
The Draogn men split the lead in the all-time series against this weekend's opponents as they trail the Bulldogs, 76-33, but lead the Beavers by five games, 87-82.
