MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The Minnesota State University Moorhead men's basketball team (3-0) will look to extend its unbeaten start to the season on Tuesday when it plays at neighboring rival Concordia-Moorhead. Game time is 7 p.m. at Memorial Auditorium on the Concordia campus.
The Dragons improved to 3-0 on the season with an 88-58 win over Minnesota-Morris on Nov. 16. Concordia (1-0) opened the season with a 78-76 win at Minnesota-Morris a day earlier.
MSUM holds a 100-81 lead in the all-time series between the two schools, which are separated by a mere few blocks. The Dragons rolled to a 96-56 win a year ago as four players scored in double figures. Concordia's last win was in 2010 when the Cobbers prevailed 83-78.

About Concordia
Concordia is 1-0 on the season, earning a 78-76 win over Minnesota-Morris to open the season on Nov. 15. The Cobbers played NDSU in an exhibition earlier this season and lost by an 86-57 count.
In the win over UMM, Aaron Lindahl led the way with 24 points, while Dewon McKenzie added 17 and Ebo Nana-Kweson had 10.
The Concordia men were picked to finish fifth in the MIAC in the preseason coaches poll.
Rich Glas, the former head coach at North Dakota who has amassed more than 500 wins in his coaching career, is in his fifth season as Concordia's head coach with a record of 46-56 at the school.

Alex Novak is at 858 career points, just 142 away from 1,000, and is also at 790 rebounds, which is third all-time and just 227 away from the all-time school record. Novak is also the school's all-time record holder with 176 blocks.

The Dragons were picked to win the NSIC North Division in the preseason coaches poll and were picked to finish fifth overall in the league.
