Kelsey Jandro and sophomore
Annika Bordak each won two events to help the Minnesota State University Moorhead women's swimming and diving team defeat the College of St. Benedict, 194-105, in a dual Friday night in St. Joseph, Minn.
MSUM, which has won five consecutive dual competitions, improved to 6-4 in duals this season.
Nadeau had an impressive night for MSUM. She won the 100 breaststroke at 1:08.29, edging teammate
Jackie Woods, who was second at 1:08.72. The swim for Nadeau was almost a second faster than her lifetime best. Nadeau added a win in the 200 breaststroke with a time of 2:32.34, with Woods taking second at 2:33.19 and senior
Megan Sanford taking third at 2:35.68.
Jandro, the reigning NSIC Diver of the Week, also won two events. She won the 1-meter diving at 241.10 and added a win in the 3-meter diving at 204.95.
Bordak won the 200 backstroke with a time of 2:13.87, and added a lifetime-best time of 2:16.82 to win the 200 IM. She was second in the 200 freestyle at 1:58.57, which was a lifetime-best and team-best for 2013-14.
MSUM's 200 medley relay teams got the Dragons off to a strong start on the night with a 1-2 finish. The Dragons 'A' Relay – consisting of Bordak, Woods, senior

Susie Kitzman -- won with a time of 1:50.75. MSUM's 'B' Relay also had a good performance, taking second at 1:53.38. Nadeau's lifetime-best split of 31.12 highlighted the 'B' relay, which also included freshman
Kelly Engbring, sophomore
Kaitlyn McKinney and senior
Angelee Hale.
Junior
Megan Sanford won the 1,000 freestyle with a season-best time of 11:19.16, topping Engbring, who was second at 11:23.08, which was a lifetime-best.
Sophomore
Rachel Erickson won the 100 backstroke with a season-best time of 1:01.74. Freshman
Madison Kuznia swam a season-best of 1:02.67 to take third.
Kitzman won the 100 butterfly at 1:01.06, with Rieland taking third. Kitzman added a solid runner-up finish in the 100 freestyle at 54.91, which was a season-best, with Erickson taking fourth with a season-best time of 56.32.
Hale won the 500 free at 5:23.67 with Engbring taking second with a lifetime-best of 5:31.07.
Freshman
Megan Palazzolo was second in the 200 butterfly at 2:26.37, while Rieland was second in the 50 freestyle at 25.14.
MSUM's 400 free relay capped off the meet with a win. The group, consisting of Erickson, Kitzman, Hale and Rieland, swam a season-best 3:39.50.
The Dragons' next action is at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire for a dual on Nov. 22.
