The Dragons will face Division I foe North Dakota on Friday in Grand Forks, N.D., and then return home to host neighboring rival Concordia on Saturday evening.
The UND dual will have diving beginning at 2 p.m. and swimming to follow at 4 p.m. The meet with Concordia will begin at 6 p.m. Saturday night at the Nemzek Pool in Moorhead, Minn.
MSUM is 1-0 in duals this season, having beaten Northern State on Oct. 24. This week's two duals are part of four straight dual meets for the Dragons. The UND meet will be the first dual against a Division I foe for the Dragons since Jan. 26, 2008, when they faced Northern Iowa. MSUM is 2-2 all-time against Division I schools, with two wins over North Carolina A&T and two losses to Northern Iowa.
About North Dakota: UND is 7-4 in dual meets this season. North Dakota lost to Kansas (217-79) and TCU (213-68) on Nov. 1 in Lawrence, Kan. Alexa Weyer was fourth in the 100 breaststroke for UND while Erin Grabanski was fourth in the 200 IM for UND. North Dakota opened with six dual wins, including a 183-109 win over St. Cloud State on Oct. 3. Chris Maiello is in his second season as the UND head coach.
About Concordia: The Cobbers are 0-1 on the season after opening with a 137-58 loss to Northern State on Oct. 31. Sophomore Jackie Hanson won the 100 freestyle to lead the Cobbers, who had three top-two finishes on the day. Talia Butery is in her first season as Concordia's head coach.

Jackie Woods led the way for the MSUM women's swimming and diving team at the Cows, Colleges and Contentment Classic in Northfield, Minn., on Saturday.
No team scores were kept at the six-team meet, which gave MSUM a look at conference foes Minnesota State, Mankato and St. Cloud State.
Kitzman claimed the win in the 200 butterfly in 2:16.69. She had two other top-eight finishes on the night, taking fourth in the 100 butterfly (1:01.23) and eighth in the 100 freestyle (55.67). Woods won the 100 breaststroke in 1:07.32 while taking fourth in the 200 breaststroke at 2:31.52.
Junior
Lydia Weiler had an excellent day for the Dragons with three top three finishes. She was second in the 400 IM (4:55.04), third in the 200 breaststroke (2:31.21) and third in the 100 breaststroke (1:10.08).
MSUM's 200 medley relay was third at 1:51.31. That consisted of freshman

Kaitlyn McKinney and Kitzman.
Junior
Jana Hedstrom was fourth in the 3-meter diving (11 dives) with a score of 358.50. Junior
Emily Pascavis was fifth at 352.70. Pascavis was sixth in the 1-meter diving (11 dives) at 359.35 with Hedstrom seventh at 357.40.
