Steve d'Eustachio Stat of the Game: The Dragons won their tenth NSIC ballgame with tonight's victory which marks two noteworthy items. This is the fifth consecutive year (all under current head coach
Chad Walthall) that the Dragons have won at least ten league games. The last time a Dragon team got at least ten NSIC wins prior to Walthall's arrival was when they went 10-8 in the 2002/2003 season. This is also the earliest that the Dragons have gotten NSIC win number ten during this stretch. The Dragons improved to 10-4 last year in the NSIC with their 95-88 overtime win at St. Cloud St. on Jan. 25 and got to 10-7 with a home win over Augustana two years ago. The team that went to the NCAA Tournament three seasons ago did not nab league triumph number ten until their fifteenth NSIC game, a 66-60 home win over Northern St. on Feb. 3, 2012
