Aaron Lien with 20 points, scored in double figures as the Dragon men rolled to an 81-52 rout of Mary in Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference basketball Friday night in Bismarck, N.D.

MSUM men.MSUM, ranked No. 13 in the latest NABC Division II poll, improved to 17-1 overall and 8-1 in the NSIC with the win while Mary fell to 3-10 overall and 1-8 in the league. The Dragons have won five in a row.
Lien finished 7-of-13 from the field, including 4-of-7 from three-point range, and added a team-high six rebounds. Senior guard
Jordan Riewer had 16 points and nine assists (which tied a career-high) while junior guard
Tyler Vaughan and junior forward
Isaac Sevlie each had 11 points each. Senior guard
Prescott Williams had three steals.
MSUM shot 46.7 percent (28-for-60) for the game while holding Mary to 39.3 percent (22-of-56) shooting. The Dragons hit 12-of-27 three-pointers (44.4 percent), compared to just 3-of-17 (17.6 percent) for Mary. MSUM also had a 39-33 edge in rebounds.
The Dragons opened the game on a 5-0 run and never trailed in the contest. Their biggest lead of the first half was 34-18 after Vaughan converted a layup with 3:21 left. The Dragons took a 37-26 lead into halftime.
Vaughan had 11 first-half points while Sevlie had 10. MSUM shot 43.3 percent in the first half while Mary shot 44. The Dragons hit four 3-pointers in the first half; Mary hit none.
MSUM hit its first six 3-pointers of the second half and built a commanding 56-32 lead with 13:51 left, thanks to a 19-6 run to open the second half. Lien was the catalyst during that stretch with 10 points while Riewer had six after draining two 3-pointers.
MSUM's biggest lead of the night was 33 points (79-46), and that came with 3:48 left after freshman guard
Tanner Kretchman hit a pair of free throws.
Junior guard
Ngijol Songolo added nine points off the bench for MSUM. Sevlie and Vaughan had five rebounds each, while Sevlie and Songolo both had two blocks.
MSUM is at Minot State for a 6 p.m. game on Saturday
