Action begins at 3 p.m. Friday at the Nemzek Pool in Moorhead, Minn.
The meet will be scored in a dual-meet format. MSUM will be matched up against St. Cloud State, Northern Michigan and Northern State in three separate duals for the weekend.
"We are really excited for what should be the most exciting and electrifying home swimming and diving meet atmosphere in the history of MSU Moorhead," MSUM head coach Todd Peters said. "We will have four women's team competing in a dual meet format along with the men's teams from St. Cloud and Northern Michigan. We expect the spectator stands to be jam-packed and along with all the athletes their will likely be over 400 people in the Nemzek Pool. It is going to be loud and there will be one close race after another. We swam really well against St. Cloud two weeks ago and actually were ahead of them in the team score for a couple events in the middle of the meet, which has never happened in the 19-year history our team. We believe we can compete head-to-head with both St. Cloud and Northern Michigan in nearly every event."The competition will begin at 3 p.m. on Friday with the diving competition. Swimming competition begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. On Saturday, diving competition starts at 10 a.m. with swimming competition beginning at 1 p.m.
