2015-16 Top Five MSUM TimesMOORHEAD, Minn. – The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's swimming and diving team will look for its third straight dual meet win on Friday when it faces crosstown rival Concordia College. The dual begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Concordia pool.
MSUM is 4-4 in duals on the season while Concordia is 0-1 in duals so far, having lost to Northern State, 122-82 on Oct. 22.
The Dragons beat the Cobbers, 134-60 in the last dual meet between the two teams on Nov. 14, 2014.
"We look forward to our meet against Concordia because it is sort of a home meet that is actually away," MSUM head coach
Todd Peters said. "We don't have to travel and we don't have to set up and prepare our pool for a meet. We just show up to swim and dive and after the meet we are home in minutes. We've set some good team and individual goals and we are going to put our freshmen in the forefront to see how they are adapting to the pressures of college competition."
