Live VideoMOORHEAD, Minn. — The Minnesota State University Moorhead wrestling team returns to action this week with a pair of home duals. The Dragons host Minot State at 7 p.m. on Friday and conclude the weekend against Southwest Minnesota State at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
MSUM is 6-6 overall and 1-4 in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
In their last action on Feb. 4, the Dragons rolled to a 32-8 win over Northern State.

Blake Bosch won by technical fall at 133 for MSUM while freshman

Bosch, ranked No. 2 in the nation at 133 pounds, is 25-5 on the year. Hoffner is 14-9 while freshman
Adam Blees is 13-7.

Brayden Kuntz is 13-12 at 174. Junior
Nader Abdullatif is 8-6 at 285 pounds.
Kris Nelson is in his seventh season as MSUM's head coach.
About Minot StateThe Beavers, who face Dickinson State prior to facing MSUM, are 4-11 overall and 0-6 in the NSIC. They are in the first season under the direction of Head Coach Evan Forde, a former Dragon wrestler and assistant coach. Junior Mitchell Eull leads Minot State with an 18-9 record at 285 pounds, while Marcus Polak is 13- 10 at 157 pounds. Sophomore Tanner Crissler is 13-12 at 141 for Minot State. Sophomore Cody Haugen has a 12-14 record at 149 pounds for the Beavers.
About SMSUSouthwest Minnesota State, which hosts Minnesota State prior to facing MSUM, enters the week at 7-9 overall and 3-3 in the NSIC. The Mustangs beat Minot State, 39-9 in their last dual on Feb. 6. Senior Cole Wilson is 22-3 at 285 pounds for SMSU, while freshman Kegen Fingalson is 22-11 at 165. Senior Kyle Begin is 14-7 at 174 pounds for SMSU. Brody Goens (12-12 at 174) and Cortez Arredondo (11-11 at 141). Jesse Nelson is in his ninth season as SMSU's head coach.
