MOORHEAD, Minn. — Minnesota State University Moorhead men's basketball coach Chad Walthall has announced the addition of Spenser Bland to the Dragon coaching staff for 2018-19.

Bland has experience coaching at the Class 4A and 3A level in Minnesota. He was the boys JV head coach at Totino-Grace from 2017-18 and previously served as an assistant at Blaine High School and Heritage Christian Academy.

He has also served as an assistant coach for the D1 Minnesota AAU 16U team. Bland has also served as a coach and camp leader of the Prep Hoops Senior Showcase.

A native of Plymouth, Minn., Bland is a 2018 graduate of Bethel University with a bachelor's degree in media production.
