SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The Minnesota State University Moorhead wrestling team lost a Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference dual to Augustana 27-12 on Thursday night at the Elmen Center in Sioux Falls, S.D.
The Dragons are 2-6 overall and 2-2 in the NSIC while the Vikings are 2-1 overall and 1-0 in the league.
Sophomore
Seth Hutchison picked up six points for the Dragons at 133 pounds when he pinned Brayden Curry in 4:06, but the Dragons didn't get another win until the 184 pound match when redshirt freshman
Evan Foster won a 9-8 decision over Daniel Bishop.
The dual ended with sophomore
Jordan Magnuson winning a 2-1 overtime decision over Matt Naig, but Augustana still prevailed 27-12.
The Dragons will be back in action on Jan. 26 when they host Upper Iowa. The dual will begin at 2 p.m.
