MOORHEAD, Minn.—Three players scored in double figures as the Minnesota State University Moorhead men's basketball team grabbed a 92-78 exhibition win over the University of Jamestown in a Wednesday night matchup in Moorhead, Minn.

The game is the first of two exhibition matchups for the Dragons this season.

MSUM shot 58.1 percent (36-of-62) for the game compared to 47.8 percent (33-of-69) for Jamestown. MSUM went 8-of-15 (53.3 percent) from beyond the arc, including 5-of-9 in the first half.

Sophomore guard Gavin Baumgartner put up 29 points and eight rebounds to lead all scorers. Sophomore guard Bryce Irsfeld had 23 points, four rebounds, and two assists. Sophomore guard Siman Sem had 14 points and three steals.

The Dragons led 51-49 at halftime.

The Dragons continue with another exhibition matchup at home against the University of Northwestern (Minn.) on Saturday, Nov. 2. Tipoff begins at 6 p.m. at Nemzek Fieldhouse.
