The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's basketball team wraps up a stretch of three straight road games on Saturday at Northern State. Tipoff is 4 p.m. at the Barnett Center in Aberdeen, S.D.
The Dragons are no longer ranked in the WBCA Coaches Poll but are ranked 23rd in the D2SIDA Media Poll.
MSUM will meet the Wolves for a 81st time and trails in the all-time series 49-31. The Dragons have won the last four meetings in the series.

Last weekend, MSUM split on the road, falling to Mary 89-68 on Friday before beating Minot State 72-62 on Saturday. Sophomore forward

Megan Hintz leads MSUM at 16.6 points and 8.4 rebounds per game while junior guard
Sarah Jacobson averages 9.3 points, 3.5 assists and 6.3 rebounds per game. Senior forward
Madi Green averages 8.8 points and 5.6 rebounds per game. MSUM has six players averaged 7.0 points per game or more.
MSUM is outrebounding its opponents 45.8-30.4 and outscoring its foes 72.2-56.3.
Karla Nelson is in her 20th season as the MSUM head coach with a record of 361-198 at the school.
About Northern State
Northern State is 7-4 overall and 3-2 in the NSIC after splitting on the road last weekend. The Wolves beat Minot State, 65-46 on Friday before falling to Mary, 75-69 on Saturday. Senior guard Brianna Kusler averaged 12.5 points per game on the week to lead the Wolves.
Three Wolves players are averaging in double figures, led by sophomore forward Lexi Wadsworth at 13.9 points per game. Kusler averages 13.4 points per game while senior guard Jessi Marti averages 10.3 points per game. Kusler leads at 8.4 rebounds per game while Shariah Smith and Marti share the team lead at 2.6 assists per game.
Northern State scores 66.0 points per game and allows 63.2. The Wolves outrebound their foes 36.4-30.6.
Paula Krueger is in her second season as the Northern State head coach with a record of 17-23 at the school.

After Saturday's game at Northern, MSUM is off until Jan. 3 when it hosts Winona State. The Dragons will follow by hosting Upper Iowa on Jan. 4.
