The Minnesota State University Moorhead women's basketball team wraps up the regular season at home this week by hosting Minot State on Friday (5:30 p.m.) and UMary on Saturday (3:30 p.m.).
MSUM will look to regain some momentum after losing four straight games on the road. Two of the losses came by six points or less.
MSUM (16-11, 11-9 NSIC) leads the series with Mary 32-14 although the Marauders beat the Dragons 89-68 in December in Bismarck. The Dragons lead the series with Minot 26-5 and beat the Beavers 72-62 in Minot on Dec. 14.

Megan Hintz leads MSUM at 15.2 points and 8.1 rebounds per game while sophomore forward
Peyton Boom averages 10.1 points and 5.5 rebounds per game. Junior guard
Sarah Jacobson averages 8.8 points, 5.9 rebounds and 3.2 assists per game while sophomore
Natalie Steichen averages a team-best 3.6 assists per game.
MSUM is outrebounding its opponents 44.0-32.4 and outscoring its foes 68.7-60.1.
Karla Nelson is in her 20th season as the MSUM head coach with a record of 368-206 at the school.
About Minot State
Minot State is 7-17 overall and 4-16 in the NSIC. The Beavers split at home last weekend, beating Minnesota Crookston 77-66 before losing to Bemidji State 83-54.
Senior guard Mariah Payne averages 17.8 points per game along with 4.3 rebounds and a team-best 4.0 assists per game. Bethany Theodore averages 9.8 points per game while Calli Delsman averages 8.8 points and 7.1 rebounds per game.
As a team Minot State averages 63.6 points per game and allows 69.9. The Beavers outrebound their foes 37.3-32.5.
Mark Graupe is in his third season as the Minot coach with a record of 34-46 at the school.
About Mary
The Marauders are 19-10 overall and 13-7 in the NSIC. They swept at home last weekend, beating Bemidji State and Minnesota Crookston.
Cassie Askvig leads UMary at 21.1 points per game. Lauren Rotunda averages 13.2 points per game while Lexie Schneider is at 10.2. Rotunda and Schneider each average 7.3 rebounds per game. Macy Williams leads at 4.0 assists per game as well.
UMary scores 74.8 points per game and allows 65.9. The Marauders outrebound their foes 36.4-33.3.
Rick Neumann is in his eighth season as the UMary head coach with a record of 125-107 at the school.
