MOORHEAD, Minn. -- In their final home match of the season, Dragon volleyball fell in three sets to fourth-ranked Minnesota Duluth on Saturday afternoon.
MSUM rounded out their four match homestand this afternoon inside Alex Nemzek Fieldhouse, taking on another daunting challenge in the fourth-ranked Minnesota Duluth Bulldogs.

Both teams hit the ball very well in the first set with the Dragons hitting .214 with
Bridget Witzmann and
Abby Thompson each tallying three kills each. On the other side, Minnesota Duluth hit .375 and were led by Grace Daak's six kills on six attacks.

While the Dragons cooled off offensively in the second set, the Bulldogs continued to get efficient looks at the net. Cianna Selbitschka put four kills down in the set. Both Witzmann and
Teeya Doppler had blocks singles in the set.

After a three set loss to Northern State last night, Minnesota Duluth would not be barred from success today. The third set saw Selbitschka add another five kills to bring her game total to 13. Daak pitched in another four kills to pace the Bulldogs to a three-set win. By match's end, the Bulldogs finished with a .400 hitting percentage.

MSUM is now 7-19 on the year and 4-14 in NSIC matches.
The Dragons will close out the regular season next weekend with a pair of road tests. MSUM will meet Bemidji State on Friday night and Minnesota Crookston on Saturday afternoon.
