MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The MSUM women's basketball team will host Minot State at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday and then travel to Bismarck, N.D., to face the University of Mary at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The Dragons are 3-2 on the regular season and 0-1 against NSIC opponents after defeating Rollins College and Holy Family University last weekend. Sophomore
Natalie Jens leads the team with points per game with 15.8, followed closely by Senior

Mariah McKeever lead the Dragons in rebounds per game with 7.6 apiece. McKeever also leads the team in assists per game with 3.4.
Boom was named the NSIC North Division Player of the Week following her performance at the Rollins College Thanksgiving Tournament.
Karla Nelson is in his 23rd season as head coach at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
About Minot State
The Beavers are 4-2 on the regular season after falling to Montana State University Billings and defeating South Dakota Mines last week. The Bevers defeated Dickinson State on Tuesday in their home opener, 91-60. Senior Kate Head leads the team in points per game with 17. Junior Natasha Elliot leads in rebounds per game with 6.5. Kate Head also leads the team in assists per game with 4.1. Mike Brandt is in his second season as head coach at Minot State.
About UMary
The Marauders are 1-2 on the regular season after falling to the University of Tampa and defeating the University of Hawaii at Hilo last week. Senior Megan Zander leads the team in points per game with 13.7, followed closely by sophomore Addison Rozell with 12 points per game. Megan Zander also leads with three assists per game. Rick Neumann is in his twelfth season as head coach at UMary. The Marauders match-up with Northern State on Thursday before MSUM comes to town Saturday.
