MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The MSU Moorhead swimming and diving team will compete against Minnesota State Mankato at Nemzek Pool at 3 p.m. on Saturday this weekend. It will be the final dual before MSUM hosts the NSIC Swimming & Diving Championships February 8-11.
The Dragons are 3-9 on the dual season after defeating Concordia College last weekend. The team of

Madelynn Johnson,
Maggie Sullivan and
Demi-Lee Carlisle won the 200-yard medley relay. Johnson, Lee-Carlisle,
Linnea Edgren and
Lily Lengerich won the 200-yard freestyle relay. Freshman
Madelynn Johnson added another win for the Dragons in the 100-yard freestyle.
Sophomore
Arina Bratamidjaja won both the 1000-yard freestyle and the 500-yard freestyle. Freshman
Taylor Cook won both the 200-yard freestyle and the 100-yard freestyle. Sophomore
Linnea Edgren won both 100-yard breaststroke and the 100-yard IM. Sophomore
Demi-Lee Carlisle won the 100-yard backstroke.

About Minnesota State Mankato
The Mavericks are 6-1 in duals this season with their most recent meet being a win over Sioux Falls on January 21. Mankato bested the Cougars 171-122 behind eight event victories. They also hold dual wins over Southwest Minnesota State, Concordia-St. Paul, UW-Stevens Point and Gustavus Adolphus. Nathan Owens is in his 18th season as the head coach of Minnesota State Mankato.
