MOORHEAD, Minn. -- The MSU Moorhead swimming and diving team is set to host the NSIC Championships at the Hulbert Aquatic Center in West Fargo, N.D. The meet will begin on Wednesday and wrap up on Saturday this weekend. 

Swimming prelims will take place each day at 10 a.m. and finals at 5:30 p.m. Diving will take place on Thursday and Saturday with prelims at 1 p.m. and finals in the evening with swimming events.

The Dragons are 3-10 on the dual season following a loss to Minnesota State University Mankato in the final dual of the season on January 28. Freshman Madelynn Johnson won the 100-yard breaststroke and sophomore Linnea Edgren placed second. Freshman Isabelle Johnson won 1-meter diving. 
            
Lily Lengerich, Taylor Cook, Linnea Edgren and Demi-Lee Carlisle placed second in the 200-yard freestyle relay. Carlisle would finish second in the 100-yard freestyle with Lengerich finishing fourth. Carlisle would also place fourth in the 50-yard freestyle. 
            
Charlie King is in his sixth season as head coach at Minnesota State University Moorhead.
