MOORHEAD, Minn. -- Minnesota State Moorhead volleyball is in for a busy week with three matches on the docket. The Dragons are set to host Minot State in non-NSIC action on Tuesday before traveling for matches against Winona State and Concordia-St. Paul this weekend.Â

Last Time...While the Dragons have not matched up with the Warriors or Golden Bears yet this season, they have already met with Minot State this season. The Dragons swept the Beavers on October 10 in Minot, N.D.
Raiah Mandell had 11 kills for MSUM in the victory while the Dragons held a .204 attack percentage for the match.
Madi Colby dished out 22 assists in the win for Moorhead.Â
Double-Double Watch...Junior
Maci Martini logged another double-double last weekend in the four-set loss to Wayne State. Martini tallied 15 kills to go along with 13 digs for Moorhead. For Martini, it is her sixth double-double of the 2025 season. Senior setter
Amanda Lisi also turned a double-double against the Wildcats, totaling 26 assists and 10 digs. It is Lisi's third double-double of the year.Â
Mandell Money...In the loss to Wayne State on Friday,
Raiah Mandell held a team-best 16 kills behind a .286 hitting percentage. Mandell also had a team-high nine kills against Augustana on Saturday evening. For the weekend, Mandell averaged 2.77 kills per set. The Mounds View, Minn., native leads the Dragons with 265 kills this season.
Rowdy Pfeifer...Sophomore middle blocker
Mya Pfeifer played a critical role for the Dragons last weekend, tallying 10 kills and two block assists against Wayne State. The Moorhead, Minn., Â native also held a .429 hitting percentage for the match overall. On Saturday against Augustana, Pfeifer had two more block assists for Moorhead.Â
Adding To The Total...Sophomore middle blocker
Leah Laqua was again active on defense throughout the weekend for Moorhead. Laqua totaled five blocks for the weekend, including three against Augustana on Saturday. On Friday against Wayne State, Laqua had nine kills and a pair of blocks.Â
