Jack Strand,
Gage Florence and
Brady Perryman named to the Division II Conference Commissioner's Association (D2CCA) All-Super Region 3 Teams on Thursday. Additionally, Strand was named Super Region 3's Offensive Player of the Year.
Strand and Florence landed on the First Team while Perryman earned Second Team honors. For Strand and Perryman, it is their first D2CCA honors while Florence was named an All-Region performer in 2023 as well.
Super Region 3 Offensive Player of the Year - All-Super Region 3 First Team
The senior quarterback adds another accolade to his already impressive collection. With the Player of the Year nod, Strand becomes the first player in MSUM football history to be a D2CCA Player of the Year. The Bloomer, Wis., native was nothing short of magical in his senior season. Strand led the NSIC in passing (3,546) and total (3,834) yardage throughout the season, accounting for 47 total touchdowns. Strand set the MSUM single-season record with 42 passing touchdowns in 2025. The senior reset NSIC career records in pass completions (1,147), passing yards (12,134) and passing touchdowns (115) during the 2025 campaign. Strand was named the NSIC Offensive Player of the Week three times and bolstered seven games with 300 or more pass yards. He would tie the NSIC single-game record for passing touchdowns on November 1 against Bemidji State, slinging seven scores. Strand ranks 10
th all-time in NCAA Division II history in passing yardage, throwing for 13,161 yards in 42 career games.
All-Super Region 3 First Team
Florence makes his second trip to the D2CAA All-Region team in 2025. The Sawyer, N.D., made 105 catches this season, a mark that led the NSIC and the NCAA. Florence set a career-high in receiving yardage, tallying 1,002 yards, including a career-best 12 touchdown receptions. Per game, Florence averaged 9.5 catches per game, with a season-best 12 receptions against Bemidji State on November 1. Florence will be etched in NCAA Division II history forever as he reset the career record for receptions with 402. He also owns the NSIC record for career receptions.
All-Super Region 3 Second Team
Perryman earns his first selection to a D2CCA All-Region Team in 2025. The Cottage Grove, Minn., native had a nose for the endzone again in 2025, catching 13 touchdown receptions. Perryman also set a career-high in receiving yardage with 855 in 2025, averaging a whopping 16.4 yards per reception. The senior had four showings with two or more receiving touchdowns, including a pair of games with three scores. Perryman concluded his Dragon career as the program's all-time leader in receiving touchdowns, having caught 39 in his career.
