MOORHEAD, Minn. – MSU Moorhead football and head coach Steve Laqua have solidified the program's 2025 schedule. 
 
The Dragons will open the campaign in week zero on Thursday, August 28 against Northern Michigan in Marquette, Mich. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. with the Wildcats coming to Moorhead during the 2026 season. It will be the first ever matchup between the two programs.
 
MSUM will remain on the road as they begin NSIC competition on Saturday, September 6 against Southwest Minnesota State. The Dragons will play their first home game on Saturday, September 13 against Winona State with kickoff slated for noon. Wayne State will come to Moorhead the following week on September 20. MSUM will be back on the road to conclude the month in a matchup against Minnesota Duluth on September 27. 
 
The annual Homecoming contest will take place on Saturday, October 4 against Minot State. Two roads games will await the Dragons from there as MSUM takes on UMary (10/11) and Northern State (10/25). 
 
The Dragons will begin November against Bemidji State at home on November 1. MSUM's final home contest will be against NSIC newcomer Jamestown on November 8. MSUM concludes the 2025 regular season in a road matchup against Minnesota State on November 15.
