2009-10: Posted an overall record of 18-10...went 11-5 against conference opponents...named team captain for the 2010-11 season.

2008-09: Posted an overall record of 13-21…had two pins and a major decision…seven of 13 wins came against NSIC opponents…named team captain.

2007-08: Posted an overall record of 15-14…lettered for the wrestling team…received Hardest Working Freshman Award.

Prep: Graduate of Fargo South High School…four-time letter winner in wrestling…placed at the North Dakota State tournament three times (fifth, third and second)…named team captain and team MVP.

Personal: Majoring in Exercise Science…son of Lynn and Dawn Forde…comes from wrestling family, father Lynn and his uncles Bruce Forde and Randy Forde all wrestled at NDSU...member of SAAC (Student Athlete Advisory Committee).
