Prep: Graduate of Ben Eielson High School…letter winner in four sports including four times in wrestling along with football, swimming and power lifting…wrestling team award winner for Best Stats, Most Improved and the Coaches Award…was a Regional and Mississippi state champion.

Personal: Majoring in Exercise Science…son of Graelin and Erika Garlington…volunteered during Fargo/Moorhead Flood of 2009.
