Biography

2010-11:  Finished 8-18 in the 197 pound division...finished 1-2 in the NCAA Super III Regionals.

2009-10: Started the season 0-2 at 184 pounds...finished with a 4-4 record at 197 pounds for the Dragons.

2008-09: Posted an overall record of 7-10 in the 197-weight class as an unattached wrestler for MSUM…made Dean’s List in the fall semester…member of SAAC (Student Athletic Advisory Council)…officer of MSUM Freestyle/Greco wrestling and fighting club.

Prep: Graduate of Burnsville High School…10-time letter winner including four times in wrestling and three times in both football and weight lifting…wrestled from 145-215 weight classes in high school…two-time All-Conference selection…named team captain three times…folkstyle All-American…member of SISU freestyle wrestling club for four years…member of Pinnacle wrestling club for a year.

Personal: Undeclared major…son of Butch Woelfel and Cherrie Brink…volunteered during Fargo/Moorhead Flood of 2009.
