Biography

2010: As a sophomore he logged 14 tackles, with an even seven solo and seven assisted, had three and a half tackles for a loss…on Oct. 2 against Minnesota Duluth he recorded four solo tackles, two for losses totaling six yards.

2009: Played in five games on the defensive line…had five tackles with a half tackle for a loss of a yard…earned first letter.

Prep: A four-time letterwinner at Forest Lake High School…a 2009 graduate of FLHS where he lettered twice in football playing outside linebacker…was voted the team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior…honored as a Minnesota State High School All-State selection…an All-Southeast Conference selection in 2008…lettered twice in hockey as a forward.

Personal: The son of Linda and Tom Capra…born Mar. 28 1991…majoring in Biology.
