Biography

2013: Sat out with an injury.

2012: Appeared in 20 games for the Dragons as a junior…led the team with 12 relief appearances...pitched 63.1 innings and had 22 strikeouts.

2011: Major piece of Dragon starting rotation as a sophomore, finished 4-4 with a club best 5.28 earned run average in 59.2 innings...Appeared in 18 games in 2011 with nine starts and two complete games..Ranked second on staff with 42 strikeouts, placed third in the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference with 1.41 walks per game...Batted .310 with nine base hits in 29 at bat, 11 total bases and 6 RBI...Produced a base hit in lone pinch hit appearance.

2010:  Led the Dragons with four wins and 85 strikeouts while starting in 28 games as a freshman…Appeared in 37 games, 151.0 innings pitched, while earning a 7.33 ERA…Season log included 11 complete games and one shutout.

Prep: Graduate of Patchogue-Medford High School…four-time letterwinner for softball…two-time All-New York State AA Suffolk League selection…All-Division selection…All-County Selection…Newsday All-Long Island second team selection…Suffolk County League Pitcher of the Year in 2009…served as team captain…led Suffolk County with the most strikeouts (250) in 2009…recorded 10 shutouts in 2009 which ranked second in Suffolk County…recorded three no-hitters in 2009 in 20 games…a 1.08 era ranked in the top 10 in Suffolk County during her senior year…lead Patchogue-Medford to the playoffs for the first time in four years in 2009…Honor roll student all four years of high school, three-time New York State Scholar Athlete…member of FBLA and Leo Club.
