2015: Earned two All-American honors, one outdoors and one indoors...finished fifth in the 1,500 meters at NCAA Outdoor Championships (5/23/15) with a time of 4:23.82, which was a personal-best...finished sixth at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/14/15) in the mile with a time of 4:45.07...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for both the indoor and outdoor seasons...earned three All-NSIC honors during the year (one outdoor, two indoors)...placed second in 1,500 (4:30.98) at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15)...placed third in the mile at NSIC Indoor Championships (2/27/15) with a time of 4:59.27...also picked up All-NSIC honors in the distance medley relay at indoor conference championships with a time of 12:07.89...finished with two event wins outdoors, including a win in the 1,500 at the Vance Butler Invitational (4/3/15) with a time of 4:45.07...

2014: Had a decorated sophomore campaign for the Dragons...earned All-American honors in the 1,500 meters at NCAA Division II Outdoor Championships (5/24/14) with a time of 4:26.87, which was a personal-best...won the prelims at the event with a time of 4:27.21...also a national qualifer at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the mile and placed 13th at 5:03.02...had a runner-up finish in the 1,500 meters at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/14) with a time of 4:31.24...was fourth in the 800 at that event (2:13.50)...finished second in the mile at NSIC Indoor Championships (3/1/14) with a time of 4:57.84...had three event wins on the season, including a win in the 1,500 meters at the Masanz Classic (5/3/14) with a time of 4:41.35...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

2013: Had a solid debut season...had the fastest-preliminary time in the 1,500 meters at NSIC Outdoor Championships (4:42.67)...finished eighth in the event in finals...won the 1,500 meters at Vance Butler Invite (outdoor) with time of 4:52.70...fifth in the mile at NSIC Indoor Championships (5:06.41)...won the 5,000 meters (18:36.19) and was part of winning distance medley relay at Cobber Duals.

Prep: 11-time conference champ...holds four school track records...three-time state participant...finished third in the two-mile at state track meet and fourth in the mile...also had two top seven finishes as a junior.
