2017: Did not compete...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for winter and spring season.
2016: Won the Jack Johnson Classic (1/29-1/30/16) in the 3000m with a time of 10:31.04…also won the Vance Butler Invitational (4/3/16) in the 3000m with a time of 10:30.21…finished 6th at the Conference meet (5/13-5/14/16) in the 10,000m while finishing 9th in the 5000m…named to NSIC All-Academic team in both indoor and outdoor seasons.
2015: Finished fifth in the 10,000 meters at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15) in 36:57.08...finished eighth in 5,000 meters at conference meet in 17:52.02...was second in the 1,500 at Masanz Classic (5/2/15) in 4:53.10...had season-best indoor finish of third in mile (5:11.47) at Thundering Herd Classic (2/7/15)...named to NSIC All-Academic team in both indoor and outdoor seasons.
2014: Key component of MSUM's distance corps...finished fourth in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/10/14) with a time of 11:15.87...won the 5,000 meters at Al Cassell Relays (18:43) on 4/26/14...won the 5,000 meters at the Cobber Duals indoor (2/1/14) with a time of 18:32.68...had eight top three finishes on the season.
Prep: Two-time conference champion in cross country...two-time state participant...holds school record and named team MVP three times...state participant in track and field in mile and two-mile as both a junior and a senior...six-year letterwinner in cross country.
