2017: Competed in the 60M, 4X1 and long jump…advanced to finals in the long jump at the Indoor NSIC Championships...named to NSIC All-Academic Team for winter and spring seasons.

2016: Earned All-NSIC honors in long jump at NSIC Outdoor Championships with a third-place finish with a jump of 18-8...won the Cobber Twilight (4/26/16) in the long jump with a distance of 17-8…part of the team that won the 4x400 relay at the Al Cassell Relays (4/30/16) with a time of 4:21.98…named to NSIC All-Academic team for indoor and outdoor seasons.

2015: Earned All-NSIC honors outdoors in long jump with season-best of 18-6 1/2 at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15)...finished second in the long jump at Al Cassell Relays (4/25/15) at 16-11 1/2...also finished third in the long jump at Masanz Classic (5/2/15)...had best finish indoors at Beaver Twilight (2/20/15) with a runner-up finish in the long jump (17-10 3/4).

Prep: Part of 4x200 relay that won 2014 North Dakota Class A state title and set meet record...also part of 2010 4x100 team that won state title...two-time state champion in the long jump...part of two state team championships...six-year letterwinner.
