2016: Set a season-best in the 1500m at the Ron Masanz Classic (5/7/16) with a time of 4:59.91…set a season-best in the 3000 steeple chase at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/13-5/14/16) with a time of 11:22.05…named to NSIC All-Academic Team for winter and spring seasons.

2015: Finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at Al Cassell Relays outdoor (4/25/15) witha time of 12:12.70...ran a career-best of 12:01.93 in the steeplechase at NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9/15)...also finished third in the steeplechase at Masanz Classic (5/2/15) with a time of 12:36.03.

Prep: Holds school record in one and two-mile events in track...two-time Class B state champion in cross country...five-year letterwinner in cross country and six-year letterwinner in track and field.
