Biography
Member of MSUM men's cross country team.
2017: Did not compete indoors…national qualifier in the 1,500…placed second in the 1,500 and third in the 800M at the NSIC Outdoor Championships…recorded three wins on the season.
2016: Earned All-American honors indoors in the mile, finishing sixth...broke a 41 year old school record in the mile...won the mile and 800 at NSIC Indoor Championships… national qualifier in the 1500 outdoors and finished second team All-American in 11th...broke a 40 year old school record in the 1,500…NSIC Outdoor Champion in the 1,500...finished with three NSIC titles overall and three All-NSIC honors...finished with nine event wins on the season… current school record holder in the mile (4:05.18) and the 1,500m (3:44.63)
2015: Earned All-NSIC honors outdoors in 1,500 after placing second at conference meet (5/8/15) with a time of 3:55.33...earned All-NSIC honors in distance medley relay (indoors) after Dragons won event in 10:20.93 at indoor conference championships (2/27/15)...finished fourth in the mile at NSIC Indoor as well with a time of 4:24.70...won the 5,000 meters at Masanz Classic (5/2/15) with a time of 16:42.36.
2014: Competed during the indoor season, helping in the distance events...part of distance medley relay that finished eighth at NSIC Indoor Championships (3/1/14)...finished seventh in the mile at conference indoor meet in 4:27.09...finished fourth in the 3,000 meters at the Cobber Duals (2/1/14) in 9:24.13...redshirted outdoors.
Prep: Two-time all-state selection...three-time all-conference and all-section selection...two-time MVP in cross country...part of two team state championships and two state runner-up teams...part of national championship team (small school division) in 2012...track team captain in 2012.
